The use of proteases in animal nutrition is a reality that has been materializing over the years. Among the benefits, is the reduction of production costs, better digestibility of protein sources, and contribution to intestinal health, especially of poultry and pigs.
With a focus on new technologies, TECTRON participates in the Facta Conference, on May 16 and 17, in Campinas, SP. Tectron presented the topic: Intestinal surface area of chickens receiving diets with different protein sources with and without addition of exogenous proteases. The results obtained in the intestinal health of broilers provided with the benefit of using the acid and alkaline proteases, before the use of other different protein sources.
Facta is considered one of the biggest international events in poultry, open to new concepts for animal production through lectures and / or presentations of scientific studies. The event brings together the main responsible for the evolution of poultry farming in the country.
