Tectron finished the month January of 2018 with the Annual Sales Conference (Convendas), that took place in the company headquarter city, Toledo, state of Parana, with the theme #NewGeneration. The sales teams, from multiple segments of the company, attended the three days of speeches and technical trainings focused in innovation, technology, sustainability, evolution and nutritional balance.
The event seeks to bring knowledge to the professionals from the technical sales area, the ones who participate of the debate about the current animal production market and from Tectron guidelines, since they are the main involved with the field and costumers, having the mission of always better assisting the animal nutrition market.
The president of Tectron, Dr. Daniel Pigatto Monteiro, reinforced to the attendees that Tectron’s technologies are focused on the tripod: sustainability, evolution and nutritional balance. He also presented the new technologies of the TECMAX PRO® line, Heat-stable proteases with economic viability, and the new lines: KEYPPRO®, novel triple fermentation line to enhance animal health and performance and the PROTEC®, polymodal detoxification agents to mitigate the effects of mycotoxins. “TECTRON has passion for contributing to feeding the world. We have been working continually to develop new ways to optimize efficiency and maximize our customers’ productivity”, says Daniel.
Besides the fact of getting to know the news that Tectron developed with ultimate Technologies, the attendees watched a report of the sales results from 2017 and once more firmed a commitment with the actions of the strategic planning for 2018. The schedule also included success cases of the company between the many acting segments, technical trainings, technical speeches and motivational speeches, exchanging of experiences between internal and external staffs and the award for the best sales professional of 2017.
The consultant and specialist in the international market of agro food business, Olser Desouzart was one of the main speakers and presented about the World Meat Market: What expect for 2018. “Brazil is an Agribusiness Power; we will continue to produce more food than the demographic growth and we will increase the consumption of meat in our diet. Until 2022, the world consumption of meat (bovine, swine and poultry) should have an increase of 59.9 million tons”, said Osler.
According to Osler, the traceability, certifications, food safety guarantee and sustainability are the new values of the consumers, and Tectron has already been using these processes in its technologies, what shows the key point for success.
