TECTRON bets on new market positioning with technology contribution

A Empresa

Accomplished annually in Foz do Iguaçu (PR), the Tectron Sales Convention (Convendas) marks a junction of technical recycling, sales improvement, knowledge of new products and technologies, as well as synchronization between the internal team and the field team. Organized from January 23 to 25, the event brought together more than 80 professionals at the Mabu Interludium Iguassu Convention.

In this edition, the company added efforts in the matter "Creating Value". "We understand that the Brazilian and world market is divided, in a broader sense, among the companies that buy premix, that is, they quote on formulations and decide for the lowest price; and those that acquire service, technology and better results ", begins the president Daniel Pigatto Monteiro. "In a comparison, when I come across a company that exclusively buys the premix, in a ration that hypothetically costs a thousand reais a ton, the premix means 1% of the formula. The buyer will save 1, 2 or 3 real per ton, which in the final account will not represent anything at all, "he explains, adding:" Companies seeking a better economic response get a premix with more additives and technologies, cost, but will provide the best return on investment. That is, some have price, other results, "elucidates Daniel, who traces the central theme of the Sales Convention (Convendas).

According to him, Tectron goes through a process of migration, leaving a scenery that meets these two markets portrayed above, for a company that makes technology. "That's because it's the best thing to do for the most important person in the company: the customer," says the executive.
This new aspect of the company already has eight major customers, with 100% success and presentation of numbers after four months of use, reports Daniel. "This philosophy started in 2016 and the forecast is that by 2018 we will have a 70% market change."

For this purpose, 19 successful cases were presented in the pet, pig, poultry and cattle segments - five of the internal staff (engineering, laboratory, quality control, information technology and marketing - who used the new proposal through strategic planning or the intention of better solutions in the field.
The program also included presentation of results and actions of the strategic planning for 2017, tributes to employees, sales course with Carlos Dourado and training.

"I believe that 2017, after the political and economic turbulence experienced in 2016, will return, with a dollar of greater stability, grain prices returning to expected levels and a fairer meat market, tied to some growing export as a characteristic of the Country ", Daniel analyzes that, in view of this macroeconomic environment, it foresees new investments for Tectron:" Applied in a new laboratory, with expansion and automation of the premix factory and experimentation center for in vivo tests ".
