In celebration to the 15 years, the associates attended an event in July 6, with a special lunch and a commemorative ceremonial at the company.
The vice president of Tectron, Rosangela Fischer Monteiro, made the opening of the event and told Tectron history since its foundation until nowadays. “Tectron was founded to bring new perspectives to the producers of protein from animal origin, in a time where they were desolated for the huge problem of mycotoxins, present in the grains and consequently in the milk, eggs and meat we ate. Therefore, the company offered to the Brazilian agribusiness a new concept to solve these problems. It strengthened its activities always in reason of the customers’ needs, using technologies and a serious work made in solid basis, with ethics and professionalism. Our goal is to promote the activity and productivity of our customers doing our best wherever we are and in whatever we do.” Affirmed Rosangela, and concluded requesting unconditional support to the associates, and commitment of all them on quality and in efficient assistance to customers.
In order of bringing value to the Brazilian sector of food production, Tectron raised the flag of the “Brazil Feeding the World” campaign, and will carry it with its brand the commitment of contributing to feeding the world with quality, because there will be almost 10 billion people until 2050.
The president of Tectron, Dr. Daniel Pigatto Monteiro, reinforced during his speech that Brazil is one of the biggest meat producers in the world and Tectron cares about the quality of the meat that feeds the world. Therefore, the company invest in research and in the search of excellence on the technologies offered to animal health and nutrition. “Tectron comes from technology in nutrition, while the “ON” means we are an active, optimistic and tireless team. That is never off. This is our slogan for the next 15 years. This is our challenge. This is TectrON”, concluded Dr. Daniel.
Following the schedule, the industrial technical and R&D director of Tectron, Dr. Sebastião Aparecido Borges, presented a lecture with the theme “The nutrition industry and the meat production”, highlighting that the agribusiness is one of the most important sectors to Brazil, because it contributes with almost 30% of the national wealthy. “The projection of the Brazilian meat production for the next 10 years shows a growth of 30%. This means a good growth potential for all industries related to the meat business, since Tectron is always investing in technologies and modernizing the equipment to produce with more quality for attending the costumers’ demanding, and propitiating traceability in all processes. Because together with our customers, we are producing the food that feeds the animals and goes to the final chain, where it is consumed by people who buy meat, eggs and milk”, affirms Dr.
Sebastião Borges who concluded emphasizing the importance of eating healthier food to our health.
After the lecture, the board of directors paid tribute to the 15 associates who have been working at the company the longest. At the end, each associate won a custom cup of the 15 years of Tectron.
